Lee D. Garr is a Partner in the Firm. Lee, born in Chicago, received his undergraduate degree from Coe College, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He received his Juris Doctorate from Chicago Kent College of Law in 1971. Lee is licensed to practice before the Illinois Supreme Court and authorized to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Lee, who is married with three children, resides in Elk Grove Village and has lived there for over 28 years. He is a former Elk Grove Village Trustee as well as a former Vice President of the Elk Grove Association of Commerce and Industry. Lee is currently a member of the Elk Grove Village Lion's Club and the Elk Grove Village Police Pension Board, as well as a Director of the Elk Grove Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Northwest Suburban Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association. Dave, born in Oak Park, Illinois, received his undergraduate degree from Trinity College in Deerfield, Illinois and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University School of Law in Chicago in 1986. He is a member of the Northwest Suburban Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and is President of the Christian Legal Society of Illinois. He also conducts regular seminars on various legal topics. Dave lives in Itasca, Illinois with his wife and three children.
